I build custom programs for private clients, from titans of technology to local governments and community service organizations (see a representative list of clients below). Instead of using off-the-shelf decks, I partner with each client to understand their real challenges, then design firm-specific solutions and tailor every session to who is going to be in the room, be they C-suite executives, mid-level managers, or frontline engineers.
My teaching style is high-energy and experiential. I fill sessions with hands-on exercises, lively discussion, and real opportunities to put ideas into practice, so participants leave ready to act, not just feeling inspired.
